Every module opens with a live KPI bar at the top (e.g., Active Purchase Requisitions, Pending Vendor Assignment, Purchase Orders Generated), followed by Quick Access Applications (one-click shortcuts to sub-screens) and Quick Actions (Feedback, Complaint, Report Bug, Integration).

KPI numbers update in real time as records change status. A card showing "4 Pending Vendor Assignment" tells a purchaser exactly what needs attention today, without digging through menus.

Why does my KPI show 0? 

No records currently exist in that status.

Do I need to refresh for updated numbers? 

Usually not, but a manual refresh syncs any lag.
