| Lead | An early-stage potential customer opportunity captured with account, source, and product-interest details |
| Inquiry | A formal, commercial follow-up to a converted lead, with full logistics and pricing scope |
| Quotation | A priced, product-wise offer generated from an approved inquiry and shareable as a PDF |
| Sales Order | The confirmed, SAP-synced order created after quotation approval |
| Account | A customer or prospect organization record, either SAP-synced or CRM-created pending approval |
| Contact | An individual stakeholder linked to one or more Accounts and/or Leads |
| KYC | Know Your Customer — the mandatory document/verification workflow required before an account can process sales orders |
| Business Partner (BP) | SAP's master record type for a customer/vendor, synced into Hoicko CRM as an Account |
| Workflow | Hoicko CRM's built-in approval routing engine for KYC, Sales Orders, and other gated actions |
| Board | A structured data table (Master or Transactional) that stores CRM records in rows and columns |
| Tile | A clickable shortcut on the CRM Home dashboard linking to a specific module |
| Team | A group of users organized for collaboration, reporting, and shared board access |
