Steps:

1. Select the line item to compare.
2. Review Best Price, Average Price, Savings Insight, Fastest Delivery.
3. Compare Unit Price, Delivery Time, and Discount per vendor.
4. Use Bulk Counter Offer to negotiate, or Create PO to finalize.
